How do I get the correct sizes?

As every piece of Maddie and Me is bespoke it is important that it is perfect. There is a measuring guide for you to follow to get the perfect collar fit for each individual, so check this out for details.
Can I return my order and get a refund?

As everything is bespoke and therefore made to order, we can not take returns for mis-measuring- we urge you to double check before you order with out measuring guide. As for refunds, if your order has started being processed we will not be able to give you a refund.
Do I have to create an account to order?

No. You can order without an account but why not sign up to our loyalty system and earn points for money off?
Can I request an item you don't sell?

Of course. We try our best to be able to make anything that suits you and your dog.
